Assistant HR Manager

Looking for a role in an environment where your voice will be heard by the management? 

 

A new role as Assistant HR Manager has arisen with this growing organization due to business expansion. Reporting to Head of Corporate Team, you will be handling full suite of HR functions to support the business growth.

 

You will undertake the following functions:

  • Support in review and implementation of HR policies and projects

  • Handle operational HR matters, including recruitment, employee engagement and retention

  • Partner with head of assigned business units on talent attraction strategy 

  • Provide advice to business units on HR matters

  • Administer employee records and staff matters

  • Manage relationship with external vendors

 

What do you need to bring with you?

  • You will need around 5 years relevant experience, experience with strategies implementation or policy writing is preferred 

  • Background in Public Sector is a plus 

  • Singapore Citizens only
