Contact Centre Manager (Insurance), Telesales
Are you a Contact Centre / Telesales Manager looking for a change?
This Contact Centre has observed considerable expansion over the past 2 years, primarily attributed to growth of public sector portfolio. This role has been made available due to a newly acquired business relationship with an organization from General Insurance.
You can expect a more direct involvement in driving business growth, as this is not a multinational corporation. If you are thinking about moving away from a matrix structure, this may be interesting opportunity.
You are responsible daily operations within the telesales team, managing the performance of 10 officers and planning of sales forecast. Your role also requires that you help generate sales leads and train the members on evaluation of potential clients.
Other than staff perfromance management, you are also in charge of review and enforcement of department's SOP.
What is required of you?
Supervisory experience in a contact centre environment (insurance sector), or banking / insurance telesales environment
CGI and PGI certification
