We are looking for permanent part-time research assistant to work 4 hours per day (monday - friday). You will be needed to call respondents to gather information. 

 

Responsibilities:

• Conducting phone calls to respondents to collect necessary data (short questionnaire - 5 to 10 mins)

• Input collected data into system

• Location: Central

• Monday - Friday: 11.45am – 3.45pm ; 12.30pm – 4.30pm ; 5.30pm – 9.30pm (you will be assigned to just 1 fixed shift)

 

Requirements:

• Candidate with customer-service/call-centre/market research experience will be an added advantage

• Must be able to converse and read in English and Mandarin (some questionnaire are scripted in Chinese characters) 

• Able to commence work immediately

• Singaporean only
